Love of Prayer

Prayer is when you talk to the universe

 

or high power, of whatever faith you

 

believe. It is an outpour from the heart,

 

releasing of thoughts. Prayer can be

 

nurturing, healing and powerful giving

 

you a sense of ease and calmness.

This existence is enchanted by this portal of awareness.

I activate the light codes of my temple through Divine awareness.

Love of Mantras

 

A mantra is a word or sound repeated to benefit

 

concentration in meditation.

 

Sanskrit: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo:

 

I bow to DivineWisdom.

 

I bow to the Divine Teacher Within.

 

Ong means subtle divine wisdom or infinite

 

energy; all-that-is.

 

Namo means “I bow or greet”.

 

Guru means teacher– giver of wisdom.

Love of Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that can

​

help you overcome negative thoughts  If you

 

repeat them often, and believe in them, you can

 

begin to make positive changes.

Love of Yoga

Yoga is a unique physical practice, that guides you

 

through a sequence of asanas (postures),

 

slow movements of the body, followed by

deep breathing and concentration.

​

Through this gentle, yet powerful practice you can

 

create a state of calmness, clarity in the mind, and can

 

simply make your  heart happy.

 

Yoga has a significant amount of benefits, such as   

 

enhancing flexibility, improving balance, relieving

 

stress, strengthening muscles, core and stamina,

 

increasing blood flow, your serotonin levels, and an

 

overall, warmth and fulfillment. Yoga is known to bring

 

us into a state of divinity, another level of

 

consciousness, a spiritual awareness. This powerful

 

source embodies so much love, an energy that ignites

 

and brings unity and oneness to all, deep within our

 

being.
